Uninsured Shipping
Upon delivery of the package, you must check that the packaging is intact and has not been cut and/or tampered with. Otherwise, please accept it with a specific control reservation, clearly statingon the courier’s POD (where you will sign) what anomalies were found on the package (e.g., torn cardboard, crushed box, broken polystyrene, wet package, etc.).
You must not, under any circumstances, enter a generic control reservation, stating only that the packaging is intact without specifying the anomaly found. If the driver refuses to allow you to note the issue, refuse the delivery, return it to the sender, and notify us in writing as soon as possible.
Once the courier document is signed without any anomaly reported, no claims or refund requests can be made, even if the packaging is found to be damaged (according to Legislative Decree No. 286 of 21.11.2005).
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If you did not choose insurance at the time of purchase, the goods travel at the risk and responsibility of the recipient. If a tampered package is accepted, DVG Commerce S.r.l. is not responsible for any theft or damage. All products that are not insured are shipped in accordance with Italian transport law as governed by Legislative Decree No. 286 of 21.11.2005 published in the Official Gazette No. 6 of 09.01.2006.
REFUND
The compensation limit of the road carrier in case of loss or damage of the transported goods is €1.00 per kg. The customer must report any damage within 2 days of receiving the goods by opening a ticket in their customer account ("My Account > Support Requests") or by emailing postvendita@dagimarket.com, attaching photos of the damaged product and the courier label with the specific control reservation. The €1/kg refund (according to Legislative Decree No. 286 of 21.11.2005) will be processed within 15 days of valid notification.
This refund will only be issued if the customer specifically states the anomaly on the courier's slip, using a specific and not generic reservation. Otherwise, no refund will be possible.
Insured Shipping
If you selected insurance at the time of purchase, the product will be insured for its full value.

Under no circumstances should you enter a generic control reservation without specifying the anomaly found. If the driver refuses to let you record this, refuse the delivery, return it to the sender, and notify us in writing as soon as possible.
Once the courier’s document is signed without reporting any anomaly, no claims or refund requests can be made, even if the packaging is damaged (according to Legislative Decree No. 286 of 21.11.2005).
According to the courier's policies, even if insurance is selected, a specific control reservation is required to file a damage claim.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
The customer must report any damage within 2 days of receiving the goods by opening a ticket from their customer account ("My Account > Support Requests") or by emailing postvendita@dagimarket.com, attaching photos of the damaged product and the courier label with the specific control reservation.
REFUND
The refund will be issued for the full value of the product. The refund will be processed after the courier confirms the opening of the claim and no later than 30 days from the date of notification.
