Uninsured Shipping

Upon receipt of the package, you must ensure that the packaging is intact and uncut and/or rigged. Otherwise, the customer must accept with subject to control, by specifying on the POD courier (where you are signing) the anomalies on the packaging (for example punctured packaging, crushed box, broken polystyrene, wet packaging, etc.).

You mustn't insert the general subject of control, by indicating that the packaging is intact without specifying the anomalies. If the courier refuses to let you to signal the anomalies, you have to refuse the delivery, by rejecting to the sender and by communicating it by email as soon as possible.

When the transport document is signed without signaling any anomalies, it is not possible to purpose any complaints or refound request, if the packaging is damaged (according to the legislative decree n. 286 of 21.11.2005)



TRANSPORT DAMAGES

If you have not chosen the insurance  at the time of purchase, the items travels at the expense and risk of the customer.
If you accept a rigged packaging, DVG Commerce Srl is not responsible for theft or damages. All uninsured products are shipped according to Italian transport law regulated by Legislative Decree n. 286 of 21.11.2005 published on G.U. n. 6 of 9.1.2006.


REFUND

The refund limit for the courier in case of lost or failure/damage of the transported item is equal to 1,00€ per kilo. The Customer has to report an eventual damage no later than 2 days from the receipt of the item via email to  amministrazione@dagimarket.com, attaching the photos and courier tag with specific control reserve. The refund of 1€ per kilo (legislative decree n. 286 of 21.11.2005) will take place no later than 15 days from the communication.

This refund will take place only if the Customer indicates specifically on the courier tag, the anomaly with specific  and not general reserve , otherwise it will no be possible to proceed with the refund.



Insured Shipping

If you chose the insurance at the time of purchase, the product will be insured for the full value.

Upon receipt of the package, you must ensure that the packaging is intact and uncut and/or rigged. Otherwise, the customer must accept it with specific control reserve, indicating explicitly on the courier POD (where you will sign) the anomalies on the packaging (for example, punctured packaging, crushed box, broken polystyrene, wet packaging, etc.).
You won't have to accept, under any circumstances, with generic control reserve, indicating that the packaging is intact without any anomalies. If the courier refuses to let you to signal the anomalies, you have to refuse the delivery, by rejecting to the sender and by communicating it by email as soon as possible.

When the transport document is signed without signaling any anomalies, it is not possible to purpose any complaints or refound request, if the packaging is damaged (according to the legislative decree n. 286 of 21.11.2005)

According to courier policy, even in case of assurance, it is necessary to insert a specific control reserve as a fundamental condition to start  a refund action.


TRANSPORT DAMAGES

The Customer has to report an eventual damage no later than 2 days from the receipt of the item via email to 
amministrazione@dagimarket.com, attaching the photos and courier tag with specific control reserve.

REFUND

The refund will be processed for the total price. It will take place after the communication by courier to open a refund action no later than 30 days from the same communication.
