Legal Warranty
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (“Consumer Code”), all products sold on this site are covered by the Legal Warranty of 24 months for end consumers for conformity defects pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2002 and 12 months for professional users (purchases made with a VAT number). To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must retain the receipt or invoice (if requested at the time of purchase) which will be received along with the product, and for some specific brands, must also retain the original packaging.
To proceed with the repair of the product under warranty, the customer can directly contact the manufacturer, or in case of difficulty, contact us and we will indicate the procedure to follow to benefit from the warranty. The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided according to the methods described in the documentation included with each product. If, following the intervention of an Authorized Service Center, the defect is found to be not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the Customer will be charged any verification and restoration costs requested by the Authorized Service Center.
Please note that Dagimarket DVG Commerce Srl cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for the activities of the technical service centers regarding the products: any delays in repairs and/or replacements, and/or non-recognition of the defect by the authorized service center as provided by Legislative Decree no. 24/2002, and/or any other situation considered detrimental to the Customer, are solely attributable to the manufacturers' policies.
In cases where the application of the warranties requires the return of the product, the item must be returned by the Customer at their own expense in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, documentation, and any accessories, intact consumables, manuals, cables, etc.); to avoid damage to the original packaging, it is recommended, when possible, to place it inside a second box; in any case, avoid placing labels or adhesive tape directly on the original packaging.
Shipments of products will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense if:
- The original packaging, accessories, and manuals are missing;
- Received with unsuitable or inadequate external packaging and therefore damaged during transport: Warranty does not cover damages due to failure to use the original packaging or adequate external protective packaging not authorized by the service center.
A conformity defect exists when the product is not suitable for the usual use, does not match the description, does not possess the promised qualities, does not offer the usual qualities and performance of a similar good, or is unsuitable for a specific use requested by the consumer and accepted by the seller at the time of purchase (Article 129 of the Consumer Code).
In case of a conformity defect occurring within 24 months (12 months for professional users) from the date of purchase, the consumer must contact us at our email address postvendita@dagimarket.com to proceed with product assistance. We will evaluate together with the customer whether it is more convenient to return the product or send it directly to the manufacturer's authorized service center. For all products reported with conformity defects after 6 months from the purchase date, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Warranty Extension (up to 5 years)
On this site, it is possible to purchase a Warranty Extension service up to 5 years from the product purchase date, thanks to an insurance policy that extends all maintenance and after-sales services guaranteed by the manufacturers.
Purchasing GARANZIA3 is much cheaper than an out-of-warranty repair. In the event of a fault, malfunction, or product breakage, GARANZIA3 entitles the customer to repairs for an additional 36 months after the expiry of the product's legal warranty. The service is activated at the end of the legal warranty period.
To best meet customer needs, GARANZIA3 offers 5 types of coverage depending on the maximum coverage amount, which is the maximum cost covered for each intervention.
The GARANZIA3 service must be activated ONLINE on the Garanzia3 website within 12 months from the date of purchase by following the instructions available at the following page. Alternatively, activation can be completed by communicating the product identification details, purchase date, and serial number by phone at the toll-free number 800090737.
WARNING: If the activation procedure is not completed within 12 months or if the product is not covered by the requested warranty, the right to benefit from the Warranty Extension service will lapse.

Right of Withdrawal
In compliance with the Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, the Customer who qualifies as a consumer, i.e., a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to any professional activity (meaning they do not make the purchase by entering a VAT number in the order form), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within and no later than 14 days from delivery, or from the day the Customer physically takes possession of the purchased goods. The conditions and procedure for exercising this right are specified in the following paragraphs.
01. The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous paragraph must use the appropriate form available in their Personal Area in the dedicated Section. In any case, the Customer may also communicate their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal by opening a ticket in their Account (My Account > Support Requests) or by emailing postvendita@dagimarket.com, within the time limits provided by law. Dagimarket's Customer Service will take charge of the request and open the return process in the Customer’s Personal Area. Once the withdrawal request has been received and accepted, Dagimarket will send the Customer a confirmation email with the return form (RMA form) attached, which includes a return authorization number. This form must be placed inside the package containing the product to be returned. To complete the withdrawal process, the Customer must prepare the package following the instructions provided by customer service and may send it using their trusted courier (which must provide a tracking code) to the return address indicated by Dagimarket. Return shipping costs will be borne by the Customer. Once the above procedure has been completed, the Customer must ship the goods, carefully packed in the original manufacturer's packaging, with the return authorization label (RMA form) placed inside, and must provide Dagimarket with the tracking number of the return shipment.
02. The return shipment must be sent within and no later than 14 days from the date the Customer notified Dagimarket of their decision to withdraw from the purchase contract. In accordance with Article 56 of Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, once the conditions outlined in paragraph 03 have been verified, Dagimarket will refund the Customer the cost of the product within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal communication, reserving the right to withhold the refund until the product has been returned to its warehouses or until the Customer provides proof of shipment and delivery to the courier. Dagimarket is not obliged to refund any additional costs if the Customer chose a delivery method other than the least expensive option offered (“standard” shipping). The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase or, if specifically requested, via bank transfer, credit card reversal, or PayPal refund. For orders placed on partner sites (Ebay, Amazon, Eprice, etc.), the refund will be processed by the respective partner.
03. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following non-negotiable conditions:
o A. the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal only in relation to the entire product; withdrawal cannot be exercised for only part of the purchased product (e.g., accessories, bundled software, etc.). Once opened, the following products cannot be returned:
I. audiovisuals, software, and consumables;
II. products made to order or clearly personalized for the consumer;
III. perishable goods or goods that change rapidly;
IV. newspapers or magazines;
V. services that have already been performed before the withdrawal period expires, with the consumer’s consent.
o B. the purchased product must be returned in its original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation;
o C. the product must be returned in perfect condition; products showing signs of damage, wear, or dirt will not be accepted;
o D. the returned product must have the same serial number as indicated on the invoice; otherwise, if the serial number is different, the withdrawal will not be accepted and the product will be made available to the Customer again, without any financial refund from Dagimarket;
o E. if the Customer decides to return the product using their own courier, the return shipment is under the Customer’s responsibility until Dagimarket confirms receipt of the product. If the product is damaged during return shipping, Dagimarket will inform the Customer so they can file a complaint against the courier and obtain compensation, if insured. In such a case, Dagimarket will make the product available to the Customer and cancel the withdrawal request.
04. The right of withdrawal lapses if the Customer fails to return the product to Dagimarket within 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated. The deadline is considered met if the Customer ships the goods before the 14-day period expires. The right of withdrawal also lapses in case of substantial damage to the returned product or in the absence of internal packaging and/or documentation and/or original packaging. In such cases, the goods will be returned to the Customer, and all shipping costs will be charged to them.
DOA: Dead On Arrival (product found defective upon first use).
The DOA (Dead On Arrival) procedure can be activated when the purchased product is found to be non-functional from the very first use. This type of warranty can be exercised strictly by reporting the issue within 2 days of receiving the goods. The Customer may request a replacement product or a full refund of the amount paid. In any case, replacement of the item will be carried out within 30 days of opening the claim.
RETURN PROCEDURE
The Customer must notify the issue by sending an email to postvendita@dagimarket.com within 2 days of receiving the goods.
The product will be collected by a courier appointed by Dagimarket - DVG Commerce S.r.l.
The DOA product must be placed back in its original box with all internal protections and accessories included. The original box must then be placed inside a sturdy, plain outer box (no writings or damage) or alternatively wrapped in film to prevent damage to the original packaging during transit.
If these conditions are not met, the DOA service cannot be provided. The goods will be returned to the Customer and all shipping costs will be charged.
