The GARANZIA3 CASA NUOVA service is a technical support plan for 3 or 4 household appliances that allows you to protect your purchases for an additional 36 months after the manufacturer’s warranty expires. This is made possible through a certificate that renews over time all maintenance and after-sales services originally provided by the manufacturers.

Purchasing GARANZIA3 CASA NUOVA is significantly more cost-effective than paying for out-of-warranty repairs. In the event of malfunction, failure, or breakdown of the covered products, GARANZIA3 CASA NUOVA entitles you to repairs for an additional 36 months beyond the expiration of the statutory warranty on the purchased items.
The service becomes effective upon the expiry of the legal warranty.
In any case, GARANZIA3 CASA NUOVA must be activated within 12 months from the date of product purchase and remains valid for a maximum of 60 months from that same date.
To better meet customer needs, GARANZIA3 CASA NUOVA is available in two product types, depending on the number of items to be covered (3 or 4) and the coverage limit, which represents the maximum cost covered for each individual service intervention.

How to activate Garanzia3
You must activate Garanzia3 products within 12 months from their purchase.
Customers can activate the product by calling the hotline 800090737 and providing their personal data, the purchase date and the serial number of the product. Otherwise, they can follow the instructions provided at the following link.
WARNING: If the activation procedure is not completed within the first 12 months after purchasing the product or if the product is not covered by the requested warranty, you will not be able to benefit from the extension of warranty.

Coverage limits and their application
- The coverage limit for reparation services is determined by the type of policy purchased.
- Throughout the two or three-year extension period, the customer is entitled to an unlimited number of service interventions. The coverage limit stated on the certificate represents the maximum reimbursable amount for each individual repair, product replacement, or potential refund.
- If the product is deemed unrepairable, GARANZIA 3 will offer you either a replacement or a refund of the purchase value, deducting 10% of the original purchase price for each year elapsed. Damages and faults that are already excluded under the manufacturer’s original warranty, as well as those resulting from intentional misconduct, negligence by the customer/insured, or normal wear and tear of components, are excluded from coverage.
Rules for customers in case of malfunction
At the time of the appliance, the customer, starting from the end of the legal warranty, must contact the toll -free number 800090737 (from Mon. To Ven. From 10:00 to 17:00) and communicating his personal data and the extremes of the warranty3. Alternatively, the customer can fill in the form to the following page to request technical assistance. The Customer Service Garanzia3 will verify all the data provided and the details of the warranty extension and will communicate to the customer the methods and terms to be followed for the repair or replacement of the product.
