What does the coverage limit mean?
The coverage limit refers to the maximum amount covered per repair under the specific warranty certificate purchased.
Customers are entitled to an unlimited number of repair requests during the 3-year extension period. The stated coverage limit represents the maximum reimbursement for each individual repair, replacement, or refund.
If the product cannot be repaired, the customer is eligible to receive a replacement or a refund, subject to a 10% annual depreciation of the original purchase value.
What is Garanzia3?
Garanzia3 is an extended technical support service that continues the manufacturer’s warranty period, covering repair and/or replacement of the product.
Purchasing Garanzia3 is significantly more cost-effective than paying for an out-of-warranty repair.
In the event of malfunction, defect, or damage, Garanzia3 entitles you to repair services for an additional 36 months beyond the legal warranty expiration date.
If the product is deemed non-repairable, Garanzia3 will offer a replacement or refund, with a 10% value deduction per year from the original purchase price.

GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE
RULES
Garanzia3 provides extended technical support for repairs or replacements beyond the original manufacturer’s warranty. If neither repair nor replacement is possible, a refund will be issued with a reduction based on the product’s age.
ACTIVATION
Activation must be completed within one year from the purchase date, either online at www.garanzia3.it or by physically completing the certificate and sending it via registered mail, along with a copy of the purchase invoice and the original manufacturer’s warranty (if available), to the address specified in the certificate.
Once activated, Business Company S.p.A. ensures the continuation of warranty coverage in accordance with the general terms specified on the certificate and at www.garanzia3.it.
DURATION & START DATE
Garanzia3 extends the manufacturer's warranty by 3 additional years, starting the day after the legal warranty ends.
The service is valid for up to 60 months from the original purchase date.
SERVICE TERMS
Repairs will be carried out in the same manner and conditions as the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Each individual repair is covered up to a maximum of €5000.00.
Any damage or faults excluded from the original warranty, or caused by customer negligence or normal wear and tear, are not covered.
There are no deductibles for repair services.
If the product is non-repairable, it will either be replaced or refunded, applying a 10% depreciation per year.

Your RMA request has been submitted. We will pick up the item you wish to return within 6 days. We hope you understand that we only accept items for return if they have not been used or tampered with. Original packaging and accessories also need to be returned along with item.
