    Purchasing GARANZIA3 DISPLAY is significantly more affordable than paying out-of-pocket for accidental screen repairs.

    In case of accidental screen damage, GARANZIA3 DISPLAY entitles you to one screen repair within 12 months from the activation date.


    Activation Required

    GARANZIA3 DISPLAY must be activated exclusively by downloading the Garanzia3 App from Google Play, Apple Store, or AppGallery, and only on devices with an intact and fully functional display.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    GARANZIA3 DISPLAY covers one screen repair strictly for accidental damage within 12 months from the certificate activation date.

    Exclusions include:

    • Damage not considered accidental

    • Manufacturer warranty issues

    • Accessory damage

    • Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality

    • Intentional damage

    • Software issues

    • Corrosion or oxidation

    • Improper use as defined by the manufacturer

    • Consumables and general wear and tear

    In these cases, Business Company S.p.A. will inform the customer that the service cannot be provided, and the product will be returned unrepaired. A €25 logistics fee may apply.


    ACTIVATION

    Activation must be completed via the Garanzia3 App on a device with an undamaged and operational display. Upon activation, Business Company S.p.A. will provide technical support for one screen repair within the stated terms.


    DURATION AND VALIDITY

    Coverage is valid for 12 months from the certificate activation date, or until one screen repair is carried out — whichever comes first.


    SERVICE TERMS

    The repair will be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's original warranty terms applicable at the time of purchase. Only one screen repair is permitted during the coverage period. No deductible is applied to the customer.

    From the day after activation, the customer is eligible for one free screen repair in the event of accidental damage.


    IN CASE OF DAMAGE

    To request service, the customer must:

    Provide your personal information and certificate details. The customer service team will verify the information and give instructions on how to proceed with the repair.
