2-year technical service extension with a maximum coverage limit of €100,00.

What does "coverage limit" mean?
The coverage limit for repair costs depends on the type of certificate purchased.
The user is entitled to unlimited service requests throughout the 2-year extension period.
The certificate's stated coverage limit represents the maximum reimbursable amount for each individual repair, product replacement, or refund.

GARANZIA3 is a technical support service designed to extend the manufacturer’s warranty period through product repair and/or replacement.

Purchasing GARANZIA3 is significantly more affordable than paying for out-of-warranty repairs. In the event of a malfunction or breakdown, GARANZIA3 grants the right to repairs for an additional 24 months beyond the expiration of the product’s legal warranty.
If the product cannot be repaired, Garanzia3 will offer either a replacement or a refund of the purchase value, deducting 10% per year from the original price.

GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE

REGULATIONS
GARANZIA3 is a technical support service designed to extend the manufacturer’s warranty period through the repair and/or replacement of the product. If repair or replacement is not possible, a refund of the purchase price will be issued, minus a depreciation percentage based on the age of the product.

ACTIVATION
GARANZIA3 can be activated online at www.garanzia3.it, or by physically completing the warranty extension certificate, and sending it along with a copy of the purchase invoice and, if available, the original manufacturer’s warranty, by registered mail to the address listed on the certificate. This must be done no later than one year from the product’s purchase date.
Once activated, Business Company S.p.A. will ensure warranty continuity after the manufacturer’s coverage ends, according to the terms and conditions provided in the certificate and detailed on www.garanzia3.it.

DURATION AND START DATE
GARANZIA3 extends the manufacturer’s warranty period for 2 years and becomes effective as follows:

• The GARANZIA3 service starts the day after the Legal Warranty expires.

• For each product listed on the certificate, GARANZIA3 cannot exceed 48 months from the product’s purchase date.

SERVICE DELIVERY
The GARANZIA3 service is provided in the same way and under the same terms as the original manufacturer’s warranty.
Each individual repair during the extension period cannot exceed the value specified in the certificate: €50.00 / €100.00 / €150.00 (depending on the type of certificate purchased).
Exclusions include all damages and defects not covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, and any damage caused intentionally or due to customer negligence, or normal wear and tear.
There is no deductible required from the Customer for repairs.
From the day after the Legal Warranty expires, the Customer may request repairs at no additional cost using GARANZIA3.
If the product is not repairable, the Customer is entitled to a replacement or a refund of the original purchase price, with a 10% depreciation applied for each year.

IN CASE OF MALFUNCTION
From the expiration of the Legal Warranty, in the event of a malfunction, the Customer must:
