Garanzia3 Cover – 12-Month Warranty Extension for Accidental Damage

12 months of protection against accidental damage.

The warranty extension applies to all consumer electronics products such as:

» IT equipment
» Mobile phones
» TVs
» Audio and video devices
» Photo/Cinema/Multimedia equipment
» Home appliances
» Air conditioning systems
» Fitness equipment
» DIY tools

GARANZIA3 COVER is a technical support service covering a single repair in the event of accidental damage, within the first 12 months from the purchase date.
If repair is not possible, a refund of the product's purchase price minus 30% will be issued.

If the damage is not classified as accidental — such as:
legal warranty defects, accessory damage, cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality, damage caused by negligence or intent, software issues, corrosion/oxidation, improper use as defined by the manufacturer, consumables, or normal wear and tear — Business Company S.p.A. will inform the customer that the GARANZIA3 COVER service cannot be applied, and the product will be returned unrepaired. A €25.00 logistics fee may be charged.

Activation

GARANZIA3 COVER must be purchased on the same day as the product to be covered and activated on the website www.garanzia3.it within 7 (seven) days of purchase.
Once activated, Business Company S.p.A. will provide the customer with technical support service for one single repair or reimbursement, as detailed below.

What Does "Coverage Limit" Mean?

The repair cost coverage limit depends on the type of certificate purchased.
The customer is entitled to one intervention only, exclusively in case of accidental damage, within the 12-month coverage period.
The amount stated on the certificate is the maximum coverage for either the repair or potential reimbursement.
If the product cannot be repaired, a refund of the purchase price minus 30% will be issued.

Duration and Validity

GARANZIA3 COVER is valid for a single repair or refund in the event of accidental damage and follows these terms:

– The coverage starts from the product’s purchase date and lasts up to 12 (twelve) months, as stated on the purchase document, or until one repair or refund is provided.
– The certificate must be activated within 7 (seven) days of the product’s purchase date.

In Case of Damage

The customer must visit www.garanzia3.it, send an email to assistenza@garanzia3.it, or call the toll-free number 800 090 737 to provide their personal details and certificate reference.
The customer service team will verify the information and provide instructions and terms for the product repair process.
