By means of two turning dials for time and for temperature, you can always find the right settings for your dish. The temperature can be set from 80⁰C to 200⁰C and the timer with alarm can be set up to 30 minutes. The fryer will reach the right temperature quickly, thanks to the 1800 Watt power.
