Induction is a modern cooking method that uses electrical induction instead of traditional heating elements. The heat is only generated at the bottom of the vessel and the surface of an induction hob remains cool and can be touched during the cooking process. This reduces heat loss and makes cooking more energy efficient. With 5 heating zones you get more than enough room for boilers and pots.
