- Motori elettrici ad induzione, a servizio continuo.
- Rullo dentato in acciaio stagnato, adatto per grattugiare formaggi (a pasta dura), pane, cioccolato, frutta secca.
- Corpo grattugia in alluminio alimentare (escluso modelli FIDO).
- L'olio utilizzato e' di tipo ''Long Life'' ed e' idoneo al contatto accidentale con gli alimenti; non necessita di rabbocchi o sostituzione.
- Riduttore assiale ad ingranaggi in metallo (ingrananggi in Nylon 6.6 per art. 9030 N) a bagno d'olio.
